The use of utilities is an important element to achieve the goals of physical education lesson, and when it is not available or their rarity, the creative teacher tries to find alternatives of rubble or available waste inside the school or in the outer perimeter, that costs the school a large sum of money for manufacturing it by private innovations fit the activities in the school.
The research aimed to design assistant alternative tools and use them as motives in students' learning the third phase of the elementary with the age of (9) years of boys and girls students for the basic movement skills, and the researchers used the experimental method of equal groups with a class random style of equal distribution on the total sample number (80) students and with a percentage of (26.94%).
It was concluded as follows: - 1- The results that were coming out of post-tests of the experimental groups proved the validity of the use of alternative assistant tools to the research sample.

Excelling the boys over the girls in all skills tests in the research.
The researchers recommended: - 1- Using of alternative tools manufactured locally in physical education lessons for cheap and easy processing of materials consumed and available in most schools and beyond.

Supporting teachers and school administrations, who manufactures alternative tools materially and morally to be role models for the other colleagues
