The research was conducted on 25 female students from the third stage in the Faculty of Physical Education, University of Babylon, who had undergone a skill pretests for sending its both front and short back and then preparing various recreational exercises for sending performance of its both forms.

After that, post-tests were conducted and data was processed statistically according to the experimental design with one experimental group and, consequently, it was concluded the following: the implementation of the prepared recreational exercises had an active influence on the development of sending with its both forms in badminton for the female students.

In light of these conclusions, the researcher recommended the following: 1.

The importance of recreational programs as an activity complementary to the teaching and training programs 2.

Inserting the recreation subject within the subjects in the Faculty of Physical Education.
