The research Includes the introduction and the research significance as reflected in the identification of responses and adaptations occurring in some respiratory variables for referees to confront the extreme physical exertion through annual tests, as well as how important these tests and change for the test.

Regarding the research problem which was represented in assessing the level of some respiratory variables for football referees after changing the physical tests by the International Federation to be knowing the importance of these variables on the efficiency of the referees, especially if we know that some referees do not know the reasons for changing functional tests for them.

The research objectives were the following: 1.

To identify some respiratory variables measurement before and after the effort of the football referees.

To identify the differences between the tests and measurements after the effort to test the 40 m (first-III-VI) and testing of 150 m (I.
