The research aims to identify the organizational culture of the members of some sports organizations (sports clubs, sports associations) in the province of Nineveh, and the effectiveness of addressing organizational conflict by the members of these organizations, and arrangement of the common methods in dealing with organizational conflict from the perspective of members of these organizations, as well as the relationship of organizational culture in the methods of handling organizational conflict (avoidance, coercion ppeasement, compromise, confrontation) to some members of sports organizations in the province of Nineveh.
Was used descriptive method style survey, and formed the research sample of (173) individuals, distributed in (86) of clubs and (87) of unions, and to achieve the objective of this research the researchers used a questionnaire organizational culture prepared by the (Alkhhali and Tamimi, 2008), where the questionnaire organizational culture (25) items distributed to (4) areas (collaboration, innovation, consistency, efficiency),and the researchers used questionnaire methods to address organizational conflict, prepared by the (Hayali, 2005), where the questionnaire (50) items distributed to (5) areas (avoidance, coercion, appeasement, compromise, confrontation), and was processing the data statistically using the ratio percentages and the arithmetic mean, standard deviation and average Alfrda equation and coefficient alpha, Pearson correlation coefficient.
The researchers concluded the following: 1-the emergence of a high level of organizational culture to members of clubs and sports federations reflects the importance of its elements.
2-There are effective for members of clubs and sports associations in the methods of handling organizational conflict.
3-there is a difference in the methods of handling organizational conflict from the perspective of members of clubs and sports associations, as follows (avoidance, confrontation, calm, bargaining, coercion).
4-There is a relationship of significance between the treatment methods organizational conflict (avoidance, appeasement, compromise, confrontation) and the organizational culture to members of clubs and sports associations.
5-there is no significant relationship between the style of moral coercion in dealing with organizational conflict and organizational culture to members of clubs and sports associations.
