Abstract EN

The central banking careful attention in determining the levels of liquidity (bank and local) in the economy, trying to make the cash flow stream commensurate with the trading needs in order to avoid inflationary pressures on the one hand and maintaining the stability of the local currency on the other hand, the study examined the relationship between bank liquidity, local liquidity Kmngaran independent and inflation as the dependent variable was applied to the Iraqi economy for the period of (2001-2013), and the results showed that they conform with the logic of economic theory which affected bank liquidity inversely to inflation, which is due to that bank liquidity in Iraq longer Mahtgerh and restricted funds from trading because most commercial banks is the state-owned banks need approvals from the executive authorities and the Parliamentary loans to launch, as well as domestic liquidity associated with an inverse relationship with inflation, which dates back to the domestic liquidity affected by the financial policy of the state while inflation influenced by central bank measures to control the exchange rate and currency auction.
