Abstract EN

The studying trying to determine the relation and the effect between Creative thinking as an independent Varity and Administrative knowledge management operation as a dependent varity, which have been applied study in Administrative and Economic college in the University of Salahadin.

The study submit a theoretical frame of creative thinking and knowledge management, a supposed sample, had been set to reverye the nature of the relations and effect in the study varity, the study depend an group of the main and branch concurring with the relations and effect between the creative to answer the following questions about research to problems: 1- The range of existing of link relation between the elements of creative thinking and management knowledge process in the under–study college.

2- The existing of range between the elements of creative thinking and management knowledge process in the under– study college.

The study had reached to a group of conclusions, the most important are: - The results of analyze shows positive relation between creative thinking and management knowledge operation in to under study college.
