Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the gender problems for Jordanian family breadwinners women in Ajloun, social survey sample was used, a questionnaire consisted of 60 paragraph has been designed and distributed on the following four axes of the study: problems stemming from breadwinner women view for themselves, problems stemming from the view of men who deal with breadwinners women, problems stemming from the traditional role of women (inside the house), problems stemming from society's perception of males and females for family breadwinners women, the questionnaire has been distributed to sample consisted of 150 family breadwinners women were chosen deliberately and by snowball method.

The study showed the following results: family breadwinner women don't suffer self-view problems scored(an average rate) but a positive selfview and a high degree of confidence in themselves being practiced man role as breadwinner, and can take a fateful decision regarding their future, family breadwinner women don't suffer problems stemming from the view of men who deal with them scored a (medium rate) because the men believe in these women's ability to support their families, also men see these woman able to work outside the house scored (high rate), as well, family breadwinners women don't suffer problems stemming from the traditional role of women inside the house by a (medium rate), because they are able to administer the affairs and the needs of their children.

on the other hand, family breadwinners women suffer problems stemming from society's perception of the role of male and female, and though there are positive indicators reveal the absence of problems stem from society's perception of women's work as family breadwinner, and family breadwinners women are annoyed of the society views of the man as the sole family breadwinner scored (high rate), nd the nature of women's work as family breadwinner and management reduced people's criticism
