International humanitarian law grants to certain categories of people in view of the functionality that they do, special protection is added to the general protection of assessments for all of the civilian population, as these people civilians not involved in hostilities, journalists consider one of these groups who require dangerous their work in covering the course of armed conflicts that enjoy special protection from the dangers of this conflict.

So are they effective special protection for journalists in the IHL?.
