1962/08/02meeting allowed agreement between the two teams responsible for the crisis of summer 1962 , and the legacy of physical and moral effects exceeded the limits of the potential of the two conflicting parties to determine the date of the first meeting of Constituent Assembly , which carried the candidates lists for the first National Assembly in the history of Algeria exclusion of opponents of the Political Bureau during the crisis of the summer of 1962 and reward elements that support Ben Bella and allies who tighten their grip on those lists and retaining the right to determine which of the candidate.
