Using Islamic Finance Contracts to create the Islamic banking Marketing Innovation.

Prepared By: Ghadeer Ahmed Khalil "Al sheikh Khalil" This paper aims to introduce some of financial contracts that match Islamic Shriah which are possible to be used in Marketing, expose the Islamic regulations of these contracts and illustrating the way to use them in the Islamic banking marketing innovation.

It also explains "Marketing innovation by defining it, exposing aims and goals the introducing the financial contracts that match Al shariah's regulations.

Therefore the paper reveals how to use these financial contracts to create the marketing innovation in the Islamic Banks focusing on six contracts: AlJuaalah, Al salem, AlIstesna'a , Al tawreed and sale on maps contracts.

In conclusion it shows the possibility to use these contracts in Marketing in addition to the creation of marketing innovation in Islamic Banks
