The industrial clusters are one of competitiveness determinants of small and medium enterprises because the individual work of these enterprises created many obstacles which face their growth and progress which allows them to gain advantages of scale and the use of advanced modern technology, lack of production costs and raise the quality of the final products locally and internationally, especially with the liberalization of markets, as it is a way to integrate the Algerian economy into the global economy through increase international competitiveness.
