Abstract EN
Sleep is necessary and vital part to human beings so that they can perform their physiological functions.
It is also one of the factors that humans need in order to live, like air, water and food.
Moreover, the lack of sleep may affect some physiological jobs.
Hence the need to sleep, both qualitative and quantitative is considered necessary for warming-up and doing different physical actions.
It is believed that reduction of two hours of the amount of sleep a day may have an impact on human performance in terms of mood and memory, taking appropriate decisions, reaction and other daily physical activities.
The extreme importance of sleep therefore requires a deep study and to identify its most important stages, functions, positions, as well as the disturbances that could be faced with.
