English Abstract

Proceeding from the need to ensure the protection of children in Iraq, particularly the most vulnerable to the dangers of adopting this research challenges to child protection as they are now focusing on the development of the entire approach of legislation and public policies and programs on the most marginalized and disadvantaged who are working children and street children and displaced persons and children of families displaced and children with armed conflicts in addition to the phenomenon of kidnapping and selling children, the number of challenges as it must provide the following.

1-securing suitable for children, social environment and protect them from abuse, damage and shortage.

2-Respect the privacy of children and the terms and conditions of their growth and development and to achieve their best interests .

3-Providing opportunities for scientific and social progress through the educational reform and social change .
