English Abstract

The importance of the study of the importance of the services that offer this service sector is vital as it is the transport sector of the most important economic sectors in the country because it is a positive and active role in providing the extended effects of other economic sectors, in particular economic, social and security services and members of the community in general.

The upgrading of transport services in the present day one of the criteria or function on economic development and urban development level indicators, which are measured the progress of nations progress means and transport systems which, by virtue of the complementary relationship between him and all other development sectors, particularly if it has been associated with existential advanced transmission systems based on technological application smart and modern systems.

The transport sector comes in the study area at the top of the sectors that support the structure of the economy is the main pillar of the economy of the country, where the transport of different activities sector is a key pillar of progress, and can not imagine achieve balanced growth between the sectors of the national economy of any country without insurance needs of those sectors of transportation, which can only be achieved through the development of good planning for the transport sector it is closely linked to the plans of other economic sectors.
