The contractual obligations and legal guarantees constitute the face of legal protection approved by the Algerian legislature in favor of the buyer in the contract of sale based on designs by the fact that this type of contract was organized under the legislative texts and special legal.

Among the most important contractual obligations in the context of real estate transactions in the upgrade, which rests with the upgraded mortgage is a commitment to the transfer of ownership and according to the procedures and forms prescribed by law in the ownership of the property transfer.
