Abstract EN
The study aimed to identify the extent of the use of Hearing Impairment students of educational technology in the department of Special Education, Higher Education , and the obstacles that can reduce or prevent such use.
The study sample consisted of 40 deaf and hard hearing students, of whom (16) deaf and (24) hard hearing students, and was applied to the sample a measurement of the reality of the use of educational technology and its obstacles (prepared by the researcher), and the study found the following results: 1- The use of technology in education field was simple.
2- There is no statistically significant differences between the mean ranks degrees of deaf and hard of hearing students on the reality of the use of educational technology scale after the use of educational technology, "the study variables attributed to the academic level, and the degree of auditory loss (deafness - AUDIO) weakness, methods of communication and the rate at the school.
3- There is no statistically significant differences between the mean ranks of the degrees of Hearing Impairment students after the obstacles of the use of educational technology (Sub aspects) on the variables of the study due to the level of the school, and the degree of auditory loss (deafness - AUDIO) weakness, and methods of communication, and the rate at the school
