English Abstract

The study seeks to highlight the one hand and the imperative need to bring about a comprehensive and profound changes in the organization to get to raise the level of service provided.

On the other hand study aims to review the concept of total quality management as a gateway entrances to talk of change in the organization.

As well as the study aims to keep pace with changes in terms of achieving international quality requirements and employ modern methods and principles in the management of the organization.

And the dissemination of a culture of quality as required by the urgent need of the times and the circumstances of the givens in all sectors.
