The study aims to identify the status of physical education in achieving the overall education of the pupil in the algerian educational institutions ,In light of what has been achieved targets ruler by the Platform approach competencies, Therefore questionnaire was distributed to the 50, professor of Subject professors from various middle and secondary educational institutions both of wilaya de stif and bordj-bouariredje and msilla , and that is for answer the following question : Is physical education and sports contributes to the overall educatin of the pupil educational institutions witch in light of the achieved goals that it rulerwith the curriculum approach competencies ? And we have reached the following results: 1-Wide spread of physical education across all educational institutions and compulsory exam which, on average, and secondary education certificates 2-the deployment is Quantitative and not qualitative Where not keep pace with this rapid and widespread physical education change in the beliefs and culture of the community Perhaps this is what make their own laws in this field does not reject the existence of facilities and structures help to achieve the educational work ..........
3-Re-prioritization of the technical objectives that focusing on activity in the approach to educational goals to goals focus on studentIn approach competencies ...........
4-The difficulty of follow-up and evaluation indicators of basal and final efficiency of the pupil and then valued 5-Whether teaching proactive approach targets or competencies, the aspirations and goals ruler can not find their way inThe absence of adequate land for it :The availability of possibilities and pedagogical methods and mandatory presence of the necessary installations and facilities And return there size of the time and compatibility with the requirements of what is underlined by the custodian side .....
This means that physical education in educational institutions hasn't yet to rise up to the level of parity with other Subjects to contribute Right in the overall education of the pupil
