The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of using the Flipped Learning strategy in the development of self-learning skills and organizing environmental enrichment as perceived by gifted Students.
The study sample consisted in its final form (30) students of gifted students in the first secondary grade governorate of Al-Ahsa for the academic year 2015 / 2016 AD, the study used a questionnaire as a tool (prepared by \ The Researcher), using the descriptive approach the study reached many results and the most important is as follows : 1-Results of the study showed that the effectiveness of using the Flipped Learning strategy in the development of self-learning skills from the perspective of the Talented Students in Ahsa was to: increase the desire for learning and knowledge, save time and effort in the academic achievement of the talented students, provide immediate feedback for each talented student individually, increase the level of self-confidence and the ability of achievement, providing a great opportunity to attract the attention of the talented student, helping her to focus on sequence information and its implications.
2-The results of the study showed that the effectiveness of using the Flipped Learning strategy in organizing the enrichment environment from the perspective of the talented students in Ahsa was to : provide the talented student with interactive environment either with itself or with a parameter, and that strategy provides the teacher with learning environment through which she can recognize the views of the talented students instead of seeking the correct answer to validate their learning, it also provides a learning environment that can effectively support the mastery learning for the gifted students.
The study concluded with a set of recommendations and suggestions.
