Educational systems known as a big reform movement included key aspects at different stages and levels of education and curricula, was designed to increase the effectiveness of the education system and address weaknesses in it, where these reforms are considered stations assessment of the objectives of educational planning.
Given that school guidance is an important aspect of the Algerian educational system as it aims to achieve the optimal investment in human resources by individual capabilities and qualifications for the development of the student, and prepare for integration into the social and economic life, he had a share of these reforms which sought to achieve compatibility between capabilities student and inclinations and help him build his profile.
These reforms imposed on the guidance counselor bring them in line, as he must be aware of and in control of ways and means of action available to him in addition to developing its performance and increase its efficiency in order to achieve the new objectives of the reform, due to the importance of school and vocational guidance we will try to evaluate the functionality of guidance counselors level in the light of these reforms.
