Abstract EN

This study aims at exhausting the efforts in order to stand on the eloquence of the argumentative ejected, in a study of an oratorical sample about Dimna's judgment in order to examine Dimna’s issue in Panchatantra (KalilaWaDimna).

This study shows that the argumentative ejected of the judgment is characterized by the interaction of the argumentative sides with the rhetorical mechanisms.

It has been shown too that this type of speeches is considered as the most compatible with the nature of the deliberative approach.
