The development policy adopted by the Algerian Stete in order to reanimate the agricultural sector .
starting by the national plan of rural development on 2000, then,orientation towards the concretization of new program which consisting in a program of rural and agricultural renovation on 2008, which is considered as means to discover the deficiencies and inconveniences existing in the first policy of development as well as to accompany the deferent developments and reforms affecting the economic and the political sector and this in the purpose of improving the agricultural sector which is considered as raw material for the development of the national economy that helps the State to go out of the food crisis from which it is suffering as the other countries of the third world

La politique de développement adoptée par l’Etat algérien pour réanimer le secteur agricole , commençant par le plan national de développement agricole en 2000, puis l’orientation vers la concrétisation d’un nouveau programme qui consiste en un programme de renouveau agricole et rurale en 2008 qui est considéré comme un moyen pour couvrir les déficiences et les inconvénients existant dans la première politique de développement ainsi que pour l’accompagnement des différents développement et reformes qui ont touché le secteur économique et politique et ce dans le but de promouvoir le secteur agricole qui est considéré comme matière première pour le développement de l’économie nationale qui aide l’Etat à sortir de la crise alimentaire dont il souffre tel que les autres pays du tiers monde.
