English Abstract

This paper speaks about Creative methods of teaching at the university for the development of human capital The objective of this study is to present an Innovative and creative methods in the teaching of international accounting standards and financial analysis in the University for the Development of human capital.

Our study showes the impact of IFRS on financial statements, and the impact of IFRS on financial analysis.

Then we tested the degree of application of international accounting standards in the financial reports of Algerian companies.

The aim behind this paper is show the importance of the social investment.

Then from the different parts we came to the conclusion that we must unify the different politics in the teaching for the development of human capital in the university.
