This study aims to identify the impact of children's programs in the Arab specialized TV channels on the Algerian culture of children , by conducting a field study on a sample of children in Msila city relying on cultivation theory as a theoretical framework for the study, the sample included 100 single "child" in liquefied.

Where highlights Arab child today's culture in a world filled with many challenges prevail in it as far as Alven Toffler said in light of the information revolution that is the most important of these challenges, it is necessary in this regard emphasize the key fact that television has become the main means of education in addition to the family and the school because children spend a considerable time in front of the small screen and some aspects of their psychological, social and cultural composition depend on it in somehow This presentation comes believing from us that what the child exposed from media contents, especially television through its programs directed to the child, effect the social and cultural upbringing through what is known as cultivation.
