What should be established from this study, it has been found that copyright in the light of the rules of international law, enjoy a great respect because the idea of international protection of literary and artistic property is the only guarantor of the inventor or author to be ensured against any risk that his ideas or inventions may face both in his country and abroad.

The real standard of international protection of copyright is the contribution of countries to apply and respect international conventions while taking the necessary measures.

It goes without saying that it is up to countries and international organizations to ensure them, being necessary to unify an international organization to find a unique international system taking into consideration the protection of the rights of the holder of moral rights.
