Abstract EN

This paper aims to address sustainable development hubs in the management of health institutions, concerning the production and management of health waste in terms of its concept, classes and regulatory framework, as well as the quantity and the management path to identifying responsibilities through to choose the final disposal method.

Following the production and management of waste health institutions in Algerian case, we confirm hypotheses that the transformations taking place in Algerian health sector is accompanied by a significant increase in the quantity of waste health activities, which puts Algeria as one of the most production Arab countries, with a bad application of various areas of management system waste health institutions in sustainable approach, despite the progress made in the legislative and regulatory frameworks and regulation set forth by the state.
