English Abstract

Yemen is regarded as one of the Arabian countries that people demanded a regime change like the so-called (the Arabian spring) , and since Yemen occupies an impotent geographical position.

It has occupied the interest of the policies of neighboring counties on the one hand , and western countries on the other.

So, this leaded to the search for the external factors that have Yemeni uprising throughout studying the causes, and motives of the external interference in Yemeni affairs.

Moreover, the Yemeni economic, and the deteriorating situation and also the great demographic weight compared with the gulf countries and its proximity to the gulf regional system makes its stability and security being as a national issue not only related to Yemen internally.
