Estimation of some genetic prameters in durum wheat

To estimate genetic parameters and heritability in durum wheat (Triticum turgidum var.

durum) genotypes, seventeen genotypes (16 exotic from ICARDA and local variety (Buhooth 7)) were included in this study.

This experiment was conducted using a randomized complete block design with three replications at Field Crops Research Station, Abu-Graib, Office of Agricultural Research, during 2011-2012 and 2012-2013.

The results revealed significant differences among genotypes for the studied characters at both seasons.
