Praise be to Allah and peace and blessings be upon our master and our Prophet Muhammad and his family and companions and followed them until the Day of religion, or after: Education problems increased dramatically , especially Third World countries,for example cheating in the exams conducted by the faculty to see how capacity students to material prescribed.

problem which has become overtime very common , affects most levels of education.

There no research to deal with it , so we resolve to write a paper on the subject and we called: (provisions relating to cheating in exams doctrinal study).

This paper is jurisprudence analysis of which we have tried to show the causes of this dangerous phenomenon, with a statement of its provisions in Islamic jurisprudence, and the statement of effective solutions to curb this scourge.

The study consists of four sections, the first section was talk in it about cheating in exams definition, the most important methods used in it, and the reasons for students to pursue this approach.

The second topic was the focus position in a statement jurisprudence in relation to cheating in examinations, and its verdicts jurisprudence following: the rule of the crib, and the rule of cheating for a student who saves but forget the beginning of what saved is forced to cheat, and provisions related oversight inside the hall the examination, and we ended this section a statement in the rule of the salary received by the employee after the appointed testimony adulterated, In the last section we have considered the the most important means to reduce this phenomenon.

Finally, we ask Allah to make this work for Allah's sake, and to make it in the balance of good things for the last day does not work the money and children.
