This study aims at providing the growing colleges with the ways of intellectual capital management to secure organizational creativity, to cope with external and internal competition and to improve its competitive advantage by using the most effective ways of intellectual capital which help in keeping and improving various intellectual capital.
The study used descriptive analytical method for data analysis.
The study sample reached to (23) individuals.
The study has found a high positive moral correlation relationship between the components of intellectual capital (human, structural, relationship) and Organizational creativity.
While the results showed that the intellectual capital always play a vital role in improving performance where it came with a high degree, and play an important role in developing the organization, where it appeared in the results with a high degree.
The study ended with a number of recommendations such as, intellectual solid base construction by following a number of principles, the increase of interest in intellectual capital and its management as well as capital management, for being an important source of strategic direction of contemporary organizations.
The importance of focusing on the process of polarization, appointing from within or outside the colleges, so as to contribute in providing excellent creative ideas, supporting organizational creativity by investing in intellectual capital as a source of innovation and creativity.
Besides paying attention to make intellectual capital through allowing employees to express their opinions and suggestions on the development of work and allowing open dialogue between employees of faculties and their administrations
