Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the attitude of the staff who are in charge of Male and Female Talented Welfare toward Electronic Counseling, as well as the Differences between the scores averages of the study sample attitude toward Electronic Counseling depending on the variable (sex - years of experience-Job Title) .

The researcher followed the comparative descriptive method to check out the study goal .

The Study Sample Consisted of (100 Employees Working on Male and Female Talented Welfare at the General Administration of Education in Jeddah represented in the Directors of Male and Female Talented Departments of in Jeddah – the care Teachers - the Supervisors of Male and Female Talented - the Coordinators of the Elementary grade at public schools in Jeddah .

The researcher built a Questionnaire included (43)Phrases distributed in three dimensions, namely,( the attitude toward the importance of Electronic Counseling - the attitude Toward Electronic Counseling- the attitude Toward Electronic Counseling Services Of most important results the study concluded to: 1.

All dimensions attitude toward Electronic Counseling recorded highly scores in the study sample, the order of these dimensions came from high to less high, as follows ( the attitude toward the importance of Electronic Counseling, the attitude toward Electronic counselor, the attitude toward Electronic Counseling services), respectively, while the attitude toward electronic counseling also recorded very high score in the questionnaire total scores.

Lack of significant differences in the scores of the groups of the dimensions and the total score of the attitude toward electronic counseling according to (sex - years of experience).

The presence of significant differences in regard to the scores of groups of dimensions and the total score for the questionnaire of the attitude toward Electronic counseling depending on the type of job in favor of the Director of the Male Talented Department.
