This study has aimed to know the directions of kindergarten teachers toward the inclusion of Down syndrome inside Alhassa Governorate, and the relationship of that with the changes of kindergarten type, years of experience and educational qualification.

In order to achieve that, the researcher has developed questionnaire of measurement the directions of kindergarten teachers after checking the psychometric levels.

It has been applied to the selected sample randomly from the kindergarten teachers in Alhassa Governorate of (52) teachers representing (5,573 %) from the original study community by using the analytical descriptive and analytical method.

The study has reached many important results as the directions of kindergarten children toward the inclusion of children of Down syndrome are high as a whole.

Also, it has showed differences with indication in the marks of arithmetical mean for the paragraphs of questionnaire by virtue of the variable of kindergarten type for private kindergarten.

Also, it has referred that there are no differences with statistics significant depending on changes of educational qualification, years of experience.

In light of the results, the researcher has presented many recommendations including the necessity to provide the kindergartens to receive the inclusion with special education teachers (female) accompanying the class teacher, provide the financial facilities and infrastructure in the kindergartens to be ready for reception of down syndrome with necessity to train the kindergarten teachers to acquire them the required skill to deal with the children category of Down syndrome (Simple intellectual disability) inside the inclusion system, understanding the characteristics of this category for participation in determination of suitable programs to deal with them.
