The study aimed to identify the trends concerned about the development Course sections for "vocational rehabilitation" Education to adults with disabilities.

It also aimed to determine the differences in the orientation of workers depending on the variable responder category of stakeholders (University student- Faculty Member -parents - Specialist) centers programs, and universities in the city of Riyadh, a survey has been using conducted to compare the intentional sample of 288 people including 162 males and 126 females concerned, A scale has been applied verify his psychometric characteristics.

Results of the study showed that the orientation concerned about the development Course of "vocational rehabilitation" was positive with a mean of (2.54) (large), and the results showed statistically significant differences in the importance of routers of vocational rehabilitation Course sections of special education among faculty members and Specialists of the field of special education for the benefit of Faculty members.

The results also showed statistically significant differences in the importance of the program components /track vocational rehabilitation (academically) in favor of females.

The results also showed statistically significant differences in the availability of items attributed to the impact of gender in the program components / vocational rehabilitation Course (academically), the needs of the labor market differences, and the differences were in favor of females.

The results also indicated statistical differences due to the profession in all dimensions in the availability as a whole, and that the order of dimensions in a row is: first: routers vocational rehabilitation Course, and secondly: academic vocational rehabilitation Course components and Third: needs of the labor market.

The researcher recommended: the introduction of a new approach to prepare a special education teacher in the light of the positive trends concerned.

And conduct practical studies in vocational rehabilitation as a future Course for parents or college student and those working in the field.
