The paper discusses the problem resulted from the social fabric under the world events, and as a result of sectarian violence and terrorism, a problem that displacement, it has over the Iraqi society, Iraqi society has passed a series of changes was the internal displacement of the most important events affecting the infrastructure, causing social and economic repercussions on the psychological and displaced persons and in particular children, for this research highlights the phenomenon of displacement and the most important effects on children, identify the social welfare for displaced children and the most important health, educational and environmental requirements that must be provided to them, depending on the form questionnaire and interview the displaced families in the city of Baghdad and recognize the difficult conditions experienced by the children, and the data collected statistical ways of a percentage and arithmetic mean and standard deviation, and to draw conclusions from the most important weakness of social care for displaced children analysis because most of the kids from the disease suffer psychological and physical and suffering from neglect in the educational side and poor labor exploitation and exposure to various types of persecution and deprivation.
