The term Genocide refers to the policy of the mass murder that is committed by the governments not by the individuals that organized against different assembles.

This term is considered as the most difficult term that is used in sociology and anthropology according to the proportions of how the people consider these crimes and justify them.

Genocide crime is considered as and still the focus of attention of a lot of the humanitarian and international organizations.

It is described as the hardest international crimes and it is “the criminal crime”.

It is committed against a group of people due to national, ethnic, religious or political bases as indicates some of the political sources of the committed organized murder and it is classified as an international crime on an agreement that is unanimous agreed by the United States on 1948 and put into effect on 1951 after the approving of many countries and there are 133 countries that approve this agreement till now such as Soviet Union, United States and other countries.

According to some experts, the current trials which performed by the international court that seeks to arbitrate the accused individuals of the genocide crimes and the crimes that are against humanity, war crimes and the assault crimes may be uncompleted trials and don’t elevate the proportion of the horrible crimes that committed by some big countries throughout the previous and the current wars.
