The latter breaks the social and physical barriers in transactions between individuals.

One of the prominent consequences of the internet is the electronic trade in which the different items and services are boughtand sold virtually in an electronic market by using the electronic currency.

In thiscontext, the Bit Coin currency is the most recent one used for achieving transactions without any requirements or conditions just the consent of the transaction parties and the opening of anelectronic account in a period of no more than two minutes.

Additionally, this currency is not conducted by the central bankor the monetary authority and its issuing is possible by any person who has distinguished skills in manipulation and dealing with the complex computer software.

This paper tries to analyze the electronic trade via the risks angle, and then the payment systems particularly the Bit Coin are discussed through the facing challenges and the waited perspectives from its usage.
