Abstract EN

This research aims at the relationship between spending on education and economic growth in the Algerian economy during the period price analysis (19702014), and this is based on the modern standard methods used in the measurement of economic, essentially tests of stability, and the theory of co-integration and Granger causality test.

The results reveal the existence of evidence of relationship of equilibrium in the long run between education spending and economic growth, and moreover, the analysis revealsthe existence of impact of causality in both directions, in the sense, Causal effect OF moving from education spending to economic growth, and the other of economic growth TO spending on education.
