Abstract EN

The Community organization in the Arab world represent the backbone of the civil society, is the human resource of the most important factors capable of causing creativity and development of civil society organizations to activate their role in development, which makes the process of encouragement and evaluation and invest in an area of study and analysis.

We find from pilot experiments in this field experience all of the Association "Iqra" in Algeria, and Al-Saeed Foundation for Science and Culture in Yemen, and who had a prominent role in the development of human resources to these two countries
