Abstract EN

The Algerian economy in the third millennium is still strongly linked to revenues of hydrocarbons.

This is shown through domination of this sector on the Algerian exports, which ultimately contributes to the development of various sectors.

Further, the lack of integration of the Algerian exports puts the country in a difficult situation due to the limited resources of petroleum and risks that result from fluctuations in prices.

Hence, we are required to enhance our national development and to encourage and diversify exports outside the hydrocarbons.

This is considered an important step in the liberalization of this sector.

Thus, in this paper, we will track the growth of the Algerian exports outside the hydrocarbons sector beginning with the third millennium.

Then, we will deal with the possible opportunities to develop and double these exports.

Finally, we will shed light on the most important obstacles that hinder their growth.
