Abstract EN

Through this paper we address regional organizations in Africa and this is in light of the growing interest in the establishment of economic and monetary blocs especially after World War II.

Africa includes countries which are more experienced in the management of the integration projects and the economic unions.

Such a situation is analyzed according to the advantages and motives of the African countries' trends.

Additionally, the study differentiates between economic and political motives as we address the most important economic and monetary groups and the reality of regional integration in Africa as well as its obstacles.
