English Abstract

Search human dignity in Islamic legislation sheds light on the texts of the Quran Sunnah and sayings of Muslim Scholars, regarding the identification of the function on the respect for human dignity in Islamic law manifestations, and the attention span of Islam in this matter, it concluded research in this filed to the capacity and coverage of the texts the scope of which was decided to respect the dignity human, and not humiliate him in any way, man in Islam is the successor of Allah on earth, has received texts explicit in being a creature honored, as well as what came from the texts which guarantees him the right to life and safety of Search human dignity in Islamic legislation sheds light on the texts of the Quran Sunnah and sayings of Muslim Scholars, regarding the identification of the function on the respect for human dignity in Islamic law manifestations, and the attention span of Islam in this matter, it concluded research in this filed to the capacity and coverage of the texts the scope of which was decided to respect the dignity human, and not humiliate him in any way, man in Islam is the successor of Allah on earth, has received texts explicit in being a creature honored, as well as what came from the texts which guarantees him the right to life and safety of his body, and the right to freedom, equality, and respect for the will and mind The idea, as well as the texts that came to show that the rights in Islam respect even after his death.

All this clearly shows the breadth of human dignity in Islam, and that it include all stages of his life, and accommodate all his rights legally ; with the knowledge that it did not stop at the report of Islam texts function of human dignity; it created legitimacy supporters that protect this right, and reservation of assaulting him.
