English Abstract

This research provider International Conference to be held by the College of Sharia law and Islamic University of Gaza "International humanitarian law in the light of Islamic law and Contemporary Challenges” Entitled to : "Moral prisoners in the Islamic Sharia rights compared to international law”.

This research aims to shed light on the moral rights of prisoners in the Islamic Shari'a, compared to international law and this research has crucial in contemporary reality in which Islam faces a relentless campaign intended to discredit Islam and its values and raise suspicions about the fairness and promoted its provisions and beauty in all its aspects, including the side deal with the prisoners to come to this research shows the interest of Islam prisoners and ensure their human rights and the respect for their humanity in time become familiar with the humiliation of the prisoners and the violation of their rights and freedoms which abuse the generosity of God by the human.

Modern We have been dedicated in this search for moral rights of prisoners of confirmation that Islam treated does not stop the prisoners to ensure their moral rights but also take into account the moral rights which overlooked by many legal systems and legislation of our time, and we have to divide into three sections as follows : • Section I : Definition of prisoners and their rights generally.

• The second topic : moral rights of prisoners in Islam.
