Abstract EN

This study aims to address the "neutrality policy" adopted by the Algerian foreign policy in the face of international crises and conflicts, as the method is successful and influential in the diplomatic work that results in the ability to resolve the political crises that arise in the field of international relations through peaceful means away from the use or threat of force and this in harmony with the main objective of which is the UN organization that seeks to achieve a "guarantee international peace and security".

We will discuss in this paper a comprehensive study of the most realistic models of the efforts of the Algerian diplomatic and neutral role in defusing a lot of crises that rising between the states within the circuit Middle East and Africa.
