Abstract EN

This paper aims to provide a conceptual framework for strategic vigilance, and highlight their importance in the process of drafting the organization's strategy, and drop it on the NAFTAL company.

The study concluded that the NAFTAL company has a strategic vigilance cell but its role is still traditionally, where restricted to bring informations relating to the market.

There are also many obstacles that stand without activating the real role of this cell, a most important of them is the traditional thinking of the managers and their belief of monopolizing the company for the sector
