Abstract EN

The research aims to consolidate the general concept for sources of danger which include the risk of non-compliance with the provisions of legality, and market risk, credit risk, operational risk, reputation and credibility, and financial risk through transport sources of Islamic economics of the Holy Qur'an and Sunnah, as well as to establish it of some jurisprudential texts on the one hand, and the reference to its sources of these risks in some subjects and rules of jurisprudence on the other hand, and to indicate that the researcher used the descriptive analytical method, the research reached that the Qur'anic verses and prophetic traditions and texts doctrinal contain sources of risk and methods of management.
