English Abstract

This study aimed to know the ratio importance for the fields of communication and vocational adaptation scales, and to know about the vocational adaptation and its relationship with communication for special education governmental teachers in Gaza Governorates, and to know significant differences in the vocational adaptation scale and communication scale, attributed to the variables(sex-social status–years of experience).

The sample of this study was (40) teachers.

The two researchers of this study used vocational adaptation and communication scales.

Results denoted the following : 1- The ratio weight for the vocational adaptation scale was 75.1 % , and ratio weight for the communication scale was 85.6 %.

2- Pearson correlation coefficient between vocational adaptation and communication is 0,784.

3- There is no statistical significant differences in the scale of vocational adaptation and the scale of communication attributed to the variables (sex, social status, and years of experience).
