The most important results of this research the following: 1.
The most important impediments to insurance services are characteristics that confirmed the difficulty of marketing a service as a product compared tangible goods.
2.
The promotion of insurance services institutions Arabia includes unit Advertising and means to communicate with your customers (personal interview, telephone, e - mail and traditional mail and fax) 3.
There is weakness in the awareness of certain insurance services in Saudi Arabia because of uncertainty in the sanctity or not the conviction.
Recommendations: 1.
insurance service that cope with the provisions of Islamic Sharia and purification of insurance service of all impurities traditional service development.
2.
add a section in all faculties of Administrative and Financial Sciences means studying the need for the insurance community and the labor market for such specialization (Department of Insurance).
3.
intensify awareness of Takaful insurance services in Saudi society because it is a symbiosis between its members.
4.
help customers discover her at risk with insurance introduce them to the services that protect them from them.
5.
convince customers of the importance of covering the risks they are exposed to help them take a positive decision for the purchase of various insurance services.
6.
provide a system of information on insurance services to the Saudi citizen by (publishing brochures, seminars etc ...).
7.
Insurance companies should be given priority in the establishment of branches in new areas.
8.
interest in the establishment of exhibitions, seminars and conferences that illustrate the role of insurance companies and their contributions to the national economy.
9.
refine and develop expertise cadres professions actuarial organizations in the field of insurance marketing in accordance with the values and principles of Islamic Sharia and in line with best practice models in the application of modern marketing concepts in line with modern requirements in order to raise the level of services provided and keep up with every new in the field of concepts and mechanisms and tools and methods providing Takaful insurance service.
