Obstacles and Solutions for applying the Islamic legislations by explaining the way's and thoughts of Sheikh Omar Alashgar.

The purpose of this research is show the spread and coming back of Islam in the Islamic world by returning back to apply the Islamic legislations to rule by Quran "God Book" in our Islamic eastern nation.

Also to support and to enthusiasm the Islamic nation return back to be the main leading center among nations and societies.

The research study was divided into 2 main parts in order to obtain best research achievement.

* First determining Obstacles which has prevented the application of Islamic legislations.

* Second setting plans and solutions in order to apply the Islamic legislations which is such as the following : "by spreading knowledge of good Islam, by the Islamic culture, by unity of Islam, by being close to God and to be able to work under changes and improvement methods.
