English Abstract

This research clarifies the role of the big Palestinian scientist in the service of Islamic jurisprudence and its origins, who is prof sheikh " Omar Suleiman Al- Ashqar ".

That will be through the study of critical aspects in his writing and books.

It recognizes the critical tools which the sheikh in his jurisprudential criticism.

This study shows the clarification of the concept of jurisprudence and its effect in serving the different kinds of Islamic law and the importance of this criticism in the development of jurisprudential studies.
