In modern criticism, there are many different trends, one of which is the female criticism which takes in consideration the experience of women in creative writing.
Female criticism is related to feminism.
This type of criticism has, according to Raman, three main phases.
The oldest one is claiming women rights.
This trend began during the 18th century.
